Exceptionally comfortable non-smoking place with exceptionally nice location right by the restaurant, the lake and the valley, and the winery. Excellent and polite staff and quick to respond. Comfortable bed in the king room, plus a safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Plenty of nice food for meals. Honestly no complains at all...

This place offers nice accommodations in a great location, not too far from wineries, shops, and restaurants. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, they have a breakfast with gluten-free options! 😊.

the hotel was comfortable, had functional rooms. really excellant and helpful stuff gave advice on things to do. we ate in the terrace and the food was outstanding.

the location of the hotel is perfect, just a 10-minute drive from the main Milan motorway. it only takes another 10 minutes to drive up to Lake Iseo, which is absolutely beautiful. the hotel itself is well maintained and in new condition. There is ample parking available outside, including underground parking. the restaurant and pizzeria on-site offer delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, a perfect example of Italian style. the receptionist with short blonde hair was incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit the area.

Sole Della Franciacorta is a lovely, non-smoking hotel with a nice atmosphere. the double room comes equipped with a safe box, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the food is excellent, and the staff is very polite. the location is fantastic, just next door to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. Plus, it's close to Bergamo airport, which is a great bonus.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering some additional items, such as bread or water, with the coperto charge.

The rooms were cozy and clean, providing us with comfortable beds and refreshing drinks in the mini fridge. We also had free WiFi, which was useful for checking out the nearby locations. the hotel's location was great since we had easy access to the local bus stop and plenty of delicious restaurants and cafes. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant provided us with delicious dishes that left us craving for more.

The air conditioning wasn't easy to control, which led to some discomfort, and there was no elevator available, which made it a bit difficult to get our bags to our room. the bathroom was a bit small and missing some basic toiletries but that wasn't so inconvenient.

Some other hotel guests were not very considerate of the noise level in the restaurant.
